Unlike conventional medical care, which is based on a fee-for-service model dictated by insurance carriers, Direct Primary Care focuses on providing quality healthcare in an affordable, accessible way. With DPC, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers all of your primary care services, from regular appointments to preventative tests and screenings. No more crowded waiting rooms or rushed, impersonal appointments. You will have a Primary Care Clinician who knows you, your health history, and your goals, and uses a proven Functional & Integrative Medicine approach to help you create a healthy, fulfilling life.
When you become a member of the Free Climb Direct Primary Care program at CFFH, your monthly fee covers all of your primary care services, including unlimited appointments, diagnostic labs and functional medicine testing, and access to our world-class MedSpa.
You will have ongoing access to your clinician, who is available to answer questions and provide personalized care. Our program also includes telemedicine visits so you can connect with your provider from the comfort of your own home.
